Jeff Fotta served as President, CEO, and a Member of the Gryphon Board through 2023. Originally the firm’s CFO, he served in several leadership roles within the company and was instrumental in many initial client sales and early development efforts. Under his tenure, Gryphon expanded its market position as the leader of Conversation Intelligence and Marketing Compliance solutions to Fortune 500 clients.

Jeff continues to oversee the overall direction of the firm as a member of the Board of Directors, leading strategic repositioning efforts to extend Gryphon’s global market share and customer value proposition.

Jeff has also been very active in the venture community. As an entrepreneur, he has founded or financed several very successful start-up companies.

Jeff received both an MBA and a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Boston College. He is a member of the CFA Institute, Boston Securities Analysts Society and was also an adjunct professor in the MBA program at the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College.
