Position:

Senior Client Services Project Manager – Client Facing (Downtown Boston, MA, USA)

Description: 

The Project Manager reports to the Director of Client Services on client facing engagements.  This person is responsible for driving cross-functional project teams, identifying resource requirements, and developing detailed project plans to ensure on-time completion of projects. The Project Manager communicates frequently and works closely with internal team members and client business stakeholders regarding project status while working to identify and resolve project problems, issues and risks. The Project Manager should be a team player who is responsible, knowledgeable, and highly collaborative.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage enterprise customer implementations of Gryphon solutions to existing and new clients
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with Fortune 50 clients
  • Direct the activities of the Gryphon project team to meet project deliverables and timelines
  • Publish and present internal and external customer status reports
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and internal initiatives as required
  • Work closely with clients to comprehensively detail project scope and expectations
  • Work closely with the development team to determine daily project status
  • Coordinate and communicate with the sales team to ensure rollout deliverables are met, advise on potential issues, and detail expected professional services and special requirements
  • Accurately manage team tasks multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Track and escalate project risks to resolution
